Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle: configuration, testing, go live, and post-go-live support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during on boarding and implementation.
- Conduct on boarding sessions, product walkthroughs, and functional training for client users (virtual and/or on-site as required).
- Log and track customer issues using internal ticketing systems and follow defined escalation processes.
- Manage multiple implementation projects in parallel.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of Finance & Accounting, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, and Project workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Commerce.
- 3+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS Implementation.
