CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Produce content consistently. Create ongoing content around market trends, trading knowledge, trading plans, post-trade reviews, and related topics in formats such as articles with visuals, short-form videos, audio, live streams, and other suitable media.

2. Develop a distinctive personal content style. Based on your interests, experience, and communication style, gradually establish recognizable content themes and recurring series, delivering content that is consistent, authentic, and distinctive.

3. Host live streams and online events. Share market observations, investment knowledge, trading experience, and methodologies with users through live streams, short-form video content, themed events, online Q&A sessions, and other formats.

4. Engage with users and collect feedback. Respond to common user questions about content and trading, gather user feedback, and provide input for future topic selection, content optimization, and event planning.

5. Use AI to improve content creation efficiency. Leverage AI tools provided by the platform for planning, information organization, scriptwriting, formatting, content summarization, knowledge-based Q&A, and post-review optimization. All content must be reviewed by a person before publication.

6. Support platform content and community operations. Participate in the co-creation of platform campaigns, courses, discussion topics, and community content. Collaborate with operations, customer service, and other instructors to maintain an authentic and positive environment for user engagement.

7. Comply with platform content standards. Ensure that all content is accurate, clear, and responsible. Do not guarantee returns, publish false information, or use unverified cases or examples.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Genuine trading experience. Candidates should have ongoing, hands-on experience in live trading or strategy implementation and be able to draw on their own trading process when sharing market observations, strategic rationale, risk management practices, and post-trade review approaches. Basic supporting materials may be requested, such as anonymized trading records, strategy notes, trade reviews, or publicly available content samples.

2. An interest in one or more of the following areas: content creation, live-stream communication, community engagement, AI tools, or financial technology.

3. Strong written, verbal, live-streaming, or short-form video communication skills, together with a willingness to produce content on an ongoing basis.

4. Strong learning ability and content awareness, with the ability to follow current topics, organize information, and develop an independent point of view and communication style.

5. Basic user communication and service awareness, with a willingness to engage and interact with community members.

6. The ability to use, or willingness to learn, commonly used tools for content creation, social media, community management, and AI.

7. A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to complete content publication and event-related collaboration according to schedule.

8. Alignment with a content philosophy centered on authenticity, long-term value, and user value, together with a commitment to complying with platform content and regulatory requirements.
