Job Title: Digital Content Producer

Salary:  ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 gross/month + performance bonus

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Digital Content Producer to plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality video and visual content across our digital platforms. The right candidate has a strong portfolio, handles the full content production cycle independently, and understands what drives engagement on social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and edit short-form and long-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Shoot and edit promotional videos, reels, testimonials, event coverage, podcasts, and educational content on study abroad and immigration topics.

• Design motion graphics, animations, subtitles, transitions, and visual effects.

• Create thumbnails, social media graphics, and branded promotional materials.

• Execute monthly content calendars in collaboration with the marketing team.

• Optimise content for each platform's format, algorithm, and target audience.

• Perform colour correction, audio enhancement, and final rendering to broadcast quality.

• Manage and organise all digital media assets, project files, and content archives.

Requirements

• 2 – 4 years of professional experience in video production and digital content creation.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Photoshop.

• Demonstrable portfolio of social media content

• Solid understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and content optimisation.

• Experience with motion graphics, audio editing, and on-location shooting.

• Ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without prompting.

• HND / B.Sc. in Mass Communication, Film Production, Media, or a related field.
