Salary: ₱25,000–₱30,000/month

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Officer to support the Product Manager in developing and maintaining a competitive portfolio of hardware, software, and integrated technology solutions.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working with suppliers, product information, pricing, and cross-functional teams. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Projects to ensure products are properly sourced, priced, positioned, and supported.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers and negotiate pricing and terms

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies

• Maintain accurate product specifications, pricing, and documentation

• Assist in product bundling, positioning, and pricing strategies

• Provide product knowledge and technical support to Sales, Marketing, and Projects teams

• Participate in client presentations and assist with proposal preparation

• Coordinate forecasting, ordering, and supply monitoring

• Prepare product reports, market analysis, and business insights

• Support the Product Manager in product lifecycle management and portfolio development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in product management, sourcing, or technical sales support

• Experience in supplier negotiation is required

• Background in technology solutions is an advantage

• Knowledge of hardware such as LED displays, LFDs, touchscreens, and computing systems

• Familiarity with software solutions such as kiosks and wayfinding systems

• Strong knowledge of pricing, sourcing, and product lifecycle management

• Proficient in Google Workspace

• Strong data analysis, reporting, communication, and organizational skills
