BrandShield PH Inc. is the local entity supporting the operations of BrandShield Ltd. Our team monitors digital platforms to identify potential threats, including counterfeit products, copyright infringement, trademark misuse, and other forms of brand abuse. We investigate and validate these cases using the BrandShield system to help ensure accurate and effective enforcement.

Our primary goal is to protect our clients’ intellectual property and their customers from online fraud, counterfeit activity, and other forms of digital abuse.

ROLE SUMMARY

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Tech Specialist to review online platforms, identify intellectual property infringements, and initiate takedown actions to protect our clients’ intellectual property. This role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and self-discipline while working in a remote environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Monitor online platforms for potential intellectual property violations, phishing, scams, brand impersonation, and other online threats.
• Investigate suspicious websites, domains, social media accounts, listings, and other activities that may pose risks to our clients and their customers.
• Use internal tools to identify, investigate, validate, and report potential threats and violations.
• Collect relevant evidence, document findings, and maintain accurate investigation records based on client guidelines.
• Coordinate content takedown requests with relevant platforms and service providers, and support enforcement and threat mitigation efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate with clients when needed to resolve cases and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Good written and spoken English; comfortable working with international clients
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Outlook.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Responsive and proactive in communication
• Open to working a shifting schedule, especially night shift/graveyard
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with a related interest or industry background are preferred.
• 1–4 years of BPO experience is a plus

• Work-from-home
• 48-hour work week
• Shift: We have two groups in our team, and you’ll be assigned to one based on team needs:
• Group 1: Shift starts before 3:00 PM PHT
• Group 2: Shifting schedule with 24/7 coverage
