Key Responsibilities
- Handle customs clearance for import and export shipments
- Prepare and review import/export and customs-related documents
- Coordinate with the Bureau of Customs and other relevant government authorities
- Handle general cargo clearance and related customs processes
- Coordinate with shipping, port, logistics, and internal teams to ensure smooth clearance operations
- Monitor shipment and customs clearance status and resolve related issues
- Ensure customs clearance activities and documentation comply with relevant requirements
Requirements
- College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- Must hold a valid Professional Identification Card (PIC) as a registered Customs Broker
- Experience in customs clearance and import/export documentation
- Background in shipping agency, logistics, port operations, or related industries
- Good English communication skills
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Filipino
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Customs Broker in a shipping agency
- Experience handling general cargo clearance
- Experience in shipping, port, or logistics operations
- Familiarity with coordinating with the Bureau of Customs and relevant authorities
