Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week (40 hrs/week) | Shift-based


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch technical support within a busy call center / IT helpdesk environment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
  • Deliver professional, customer-focused support
  • Strictly follow established technical and data protection procedures, including GDPR compliance


Requirements:

  • Must be currently living in Dublin with valid full-time work authorization (40 hours/week) — No visa sponsorship available
  • Education & Experience: Graduate or undergraduate (undergrad is welcome!) with a course related to the job. If your course is not related, you must have proven work experience in Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, or Call Center.
  • Fluent in English (proficiency in French, German, or Spanish is a major plus)
  • AI & Certifications (Preferred/Bonus, not strictly required): AI experience and AI certificates—including CBMAI-D3 certification or equivalent—are highly valued and will give your application an advantage!
