Accounting Manager

Job Qualifications

• BS Accountancy graduate; CPA is an advantage
• At least 5 years of accounting experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong background in financial reporting, taxation, audit, and general accounting.
• SAP experience is an advantage.
• Analytical, organized, and with strong leadership skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide management with accurate and timely financial information for sound decision-making.
• Help protect company resources through effective accounting controls and compliance
• Guide the accounting team in maintaining accuracy, discipline, and accountability
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reports and reconciliations.
• Monitor compliance with BIR, SEC, LGU, and company policies
• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes
• Supervise and develop the accounting team
