- Oversee and manage legal compliance across the organization.
- Provide guidance on legal issues and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel on various matters.
- Review and draft legal documents including contracts and agreements.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from a recognized Philippine law school.
- Active Bar passer and valid member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP).
- 4–6 years post-bar legal experience, including at least 2 years of working experience in qualified Philippine OLP institutions; fintech/lending industry experience is mandatory.
- Proven independent experience in direct liaison and business handling with SEC and AMLC.
- Solid knowledge of RA 9474, AMLC regulations and SEC memorandum circulars.
- Familiar with external law firm management and cross-institutional legal project cooperation.
- Proficient in written and spoken English; Filipino language skill is a plus.
- Strong risk awareness, independent judgment and cross-departmental coordination capabilities.
SALARY: Negotiable

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
