Job Role:
- Assist customers with flight reservations, bookings, cancellations, and rebooking requests.
- Provide information regarding travel itineraries, flight schedules, and travel policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve travel-related concerns.
- Assist with ticketing, booking modifications, and other travel arrangements.
- Deliver excellent customer service through phone, email, or other communication channels.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of BPO experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
- Willing to work onsite and in shifting schedules
- Travel account or GDS experience is an advantage
