Internal Audit Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or other business fields.
• Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in internal auditing, external auditing, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) but not required.
• Background in retail or similar industries is an advantage
• Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in audit software and tools, and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• Detail oriented and capable of meeting deadlines under pressure
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate the audit team
• High ethical standards and integrity

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate internal audit activities to assess the effectiveness of risk management and control processes.
• Prepare audit plans and scopes and manage the execution of audit assignments.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to management.
• Assist in developing an ongoing audit program to evaluate and improve operational efficiency.
