AI and Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• AI Development and Process Automation: Design and implement AI-powered tools and automations that streamline operations and boost productivity.
• Business Process Improvement and Collaboration: Partner with departments and IT to translate business needs into practical, prioritized technology solutions.
• Systems Integration and Data Management: Integrate AI and automation tools with ERP, POS, and inventory systems while ensuring data accuracy and security.
• Software Development and Technical Support: Develop, test, maintain, and document secure AI applications, and provide user support.
• AI Research, Innovation, and Adoption: Evaluate emerging AI technologies and train employees to adopt approved tools responsibly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferably with at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in software development, AI applications, systems integration, or business process automation.
• Fresh graduates with exceptional technical skills and a strong portfolio of completed AI or automation projects may also be considered.
• Proficiency in Python and/or other relevant programming languages.
• Working knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning concepts, and generative AI technologies.
• Familiarity with AI platforms and APIs, such as OpenAI, Microsoft Azure AI, or similar technologies.
• Experience with workflow automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, Make, or equivalent platforms is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL, databases, APIs, and systems integration.
• Familiarity with software development, testing, debugging, and version control tools.
• Experience with ERP, POS, or other enterprise business applications is an advantage.
• Understanding of data privacy, information security, and responsible AI implementation.
