Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting (Accounts Receivable Specialist) to manage receivables, perform reconciliations, ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, and support accounting operations. The ideal candidate has solid accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy

CPA License is an advantage

At least 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably focused on Accounts Receivable

Familiar with BIR compliance and reporting requirements

Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation, balance sheet, and profit & loss preparation

Experience using ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or similar) is an advantage

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Able to work independently and meet deadlines
