Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Promote products, develop and communicate with potential customers, and provide professional payment solutions.
• Handle inquiries and needs of overseas merchants, and provide efficient and friendly customer service.
• Continue to pay attention to the development trends of the blockchain and e-commerce industries, and provide market insights for the team.
• Maintain relationships with overseas merchants and expand the influence of products in the international market.
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills, able to communicate independently in English text and telephone.
• Have good communication and negotiation skills, and be able to cooperate with merchants from different cultural backgrounds.
• Have a certain understanding of blockchain and e-commerce, and those with relevant industry experience are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree, English major level 6 or above. Or have studied abroad and have corresponding academic qualifications

Job Requirements

• Experience in business development, partnerships, B2B sales or account management.
• Existing industry connections in payments, fintech, crypto, iGaming, Forex/CFD, e-commerce or SaaS are highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote and international environment.
• Professional English communication skills.
