Job Responsibilities

This role focuses on the Indonesian market, driving user growth and trading volume by leveraging top-tier signal leader (copy-trading mentor / KOL) resources. Key responsibilities include:

Develop and maintain strong partnerships with high-quality signal leaders (trading mentors, KOLs) across Indonesia and Southeast Asia; build a partner resource pool, and manage the full cycle from business discussions and proposal development to execution, ensuring long-term, stable collaboration.

Work closely with signal leaders to run promotional campaigns; research local market demand and competitor strategies; coordinate internal company resources to drive user registrations and trading conversions, boosting market activity.

II. Core Requirements

Hard requirement: Must have an existing network of signal leaders in Indonesia.

Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience in Web3-related businesses, with a solid understanding of industry rules and practices.

Skills: Excellent negotiation, resource integration, and data analysis abilities; capable of independently closing and executing partnerships. Candidates with proven success cases are preferred.
