Training Assistant

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, Education, or related field.

• Experience in online training, preferably in banking or financial services.

• Knowledge of online banking systems and fintech solutions for MSMEs.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Technically proficient with virtual learning tools and has a stable internet connection.

Job Description:

• Deliver engaging virtual training sessions for MSME customers.

• Guide customers in using online banking platforms and digital services.

• Tailor training content to MSME needs, including account management and payments.

• Provide practical guidance on digital lending and cash flow management tools.

• Support customers in adopting and effectively using digital banking solutions.
