Full-Time | Hybrid in IT Park | Third Shift (US Time Zones)

Tailored Management, a premier staffing firm serving Fortune 500 clients across the United States and Canada, is seeking a Recruiter to join our growing international team.

What You’ll Do

As a Recruiter at Tailored Management, you will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting, independently managing requisitions and driving high-quality placements. You’ll be the link between incredible talent and career-changing opportunities with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen diverse candidates through various channels, maintaining strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring cycle.
• Conduct pre-submission consultations to assess availability, alignment, and referral potential.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews via phone or video to ensure professionalism and confidence.
• Extend and negotiate offers while ensuring all onboarding requirements are met.
• Consistently meet and exceed assigned client goals and deadlines for open positions.
• Collaborate with internal client service teams to provide updates, share insights, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

• Enthusiastic communicator—comfortable spending up to 75% of your workday on the phone.

• Open to constructive feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
• We don't expect you to be an expert. We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn!

Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred—or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in recruitment, staffing, HR, or a related field.
• Experience supporting North American markets or night shift roles is not required, but is a strong advantage!
