The team operates remotely, moves fast, and focuses on creating educational, engaging, and high-impact content to grow its presence across social media platforms.

Social Media Content Creator (US Market)

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, high-performing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Research and stay ahead of US social media trends, memes, viral formats, and audience behavior.
• Brainstorm creative content ideas that align with the brand and target audience.
• Edit compelling short-form videos with strong hooks, captions, transitions, and storytelling.
• Repurpose content across multiple social media platforms while optimizing for each platform.
• Analyze content performance and continuously improve engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content strategies and campaigns.
• Maintain a consistent publishing schedule and deliver content on time.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating viral or high-performing social media content targeting the US market.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent video editing skills for short-form content.
• Strong storytelling, creativity, and content ideation abilities.
• Experience using professional video editing software.
• Portfolio demonstrating previous social media content and measurable results.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
