Curious about sales but not sure where to begin?

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates who enjoy meeting people, understanding business needs and exploring new opportunities. You will introduce our website development, mobile app and software solutions to businesses and help them choose services that suit their goals.

No previous sales or IT experience is required. You will receive hands-on training, product guidance and support from experienced colleagues as you learn to approach customers, present solutions and manage sales opportunities.



What You Will Be Doing

  • Identify and approach potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, networking and other sales channels.

  • Understand customers’ business needs and recommend suitable digital solutions, such as websites, mobile applications, CRM systems, e-commerce platforms and customised software.

  • Arrange and attend online or face-to-face meetings with potential customers.

  • Conduct product presentations, system demonstrations and proposal briefings.

  • Prepare quotations, proposals and presentation materials.

  • Follow up consistently with potential customers and maintain good relationships throughout the sales process.

  • Coordinate with the project management and technical teams to communicate customer requirements clearly.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential industries, business opportunities and current technology trends.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups and sales progress.



What We Are Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Mass Communication, Information Technology or a related field.

  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • No previous sales or IT experience is required, as training will be provided.

  • Comfortable communicating with customers through phone calls, messages and meetings.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

  • Interested in learning about digital products and customised software solutions.

  • Positive, self-motivated, responsible and willing to take initiative.

  • Possess own transportation and be willing to attend customer meetings when necessary.
