Job Summary

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design user-centered web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

  • Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

  • Develop and maintain design systems and UI components.

  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation accuracy.

  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.

  • Ensure consistency across all digital products and platforms.

  • Stay current with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in UX Design, UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Multimedia Design, or related field.

  • 2+ years of UX/UI design experience.

  • Proficiency in Figma/adobe XD.

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

  • Experience designing web and mobile applications.

  • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Portfolio showcasing UX process and UI design projects.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with usability testing and user research.

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design.

  • Experience using AI-assisted design tools.

  • Gemini

  • Figma AI





Motion Graphics & Video Production

  • Experience creating:

    • Motion Graphics

    • Logo Animations

    • Lottie Animations

    • Animated UI Demonstrations

  • Proficient in:

    • Adobe After Effects

    • Adobe Premiere Pro

    • Lottie Animation Workflow

    • Video Editing Software
