About the Role

Luminova Global Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a creative, enthusiastic and digitally savvy individual to join our team as a Social Media Specialist. This opportunity is open to interns, fresh graduates and candidates with or without working experience who are passionate about social media, content creation and digital marketing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.

  • Plan and create engaging content to increase brand awareness, audience engagement and online visibility.

  • Develop and maintain a structured social media content calendar.

  • Create captions, write engaging copy and prepare promotional content for marketing campaigns.

  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates and audience behaviour to identify content opportunities.

  • Assist in producing short-form videos, reels, stories and other social media content.

  • Track social media performance, analyse engagement metrics and prepare performance reports.

  • Respond to comments, messages and enquiries professionally to maintain positive audience relationships.

  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding across all platforms.

  • Support online campaigns, product promotions and company events
