Salary: RM3,000 – RM5,000 per month

About the Role

Luminova Global Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a confident, energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our business network, develop strategic relationships and identify new business opportunities. Candidates must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese and passionate about sales, networking and business growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's market reach.

  • Meet potential clients, arrange appointments and build long-term business relationships.

  • Make calls and follow up via WhatsApp to secure appointments and generate leads.

  • Conduct business presentations, introduce company products and opportunities, and close sales.

  • Develop strategies to attract new clients and strengthen existing partnerships.

  • Prepare business development reports and present progress, results and recommendations to the CDO.

  • Monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities and contribute to business expansion strategies.

  • Follow up with prospects and maintain effective communication throughout the sales process.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates with sales or business development experience are preferred; those with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.

  • MUST be fluent in spoken Mandarin Chinese to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients.

  • Chinese candidates are preferred.

  • Excellent communication, networking, negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Presentable appearance, positive attitude and confidence when meeting clients.

  • Sales-driven, goal-oriented, resilient and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Independent, resourceful, proactive and able to take initiative.

  • Creative thinker who can identify opportunities and develop effective business strategies.

  • Fast thinker, productive and results-oriented, with a strong willingness to learn.

  • Willing to travel for client meetings and work overtime when required.
