About the role

Carya Cosmetics is seeking a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team as we continue expanding our retail presence, e-commerce channels and business partnerships.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities, including retail partnerships, distributors, resellers and corporate collaborations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential business partners

  • Explore new sales channels and market opportunities to expand Carya Cosmetics' market presence

  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations and commercial negotiations

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives

  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities and business opportunities

  • Support retail expansion projects, promotional campaigns and brand collaboration activities

  • Achieve assigned business development and sales targets

About you

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales or account management

  • Experience in retail, FMCG, beauty or cosmetics industry will be an added advantage

  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Proactive, independent and confident in approaching potential business partners

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Willing to travel for business meetings, events and client visits when required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools
