Recruiter (Urgent)

· ? Hands-on full-cycle recruitment

· ? Sourcing across social media and recruitment channels

· ? Interview and candidate assessment experience

· ? Direct impact on agency growth

· Source and recruit candidates through databases, social media, and other channels.

· Develop recruitment strategies for support staff (Personal Assistants/ Office Administrator) and Sales/ Insurance agent roles.

· Create and update job descriptions and job specifications.

· Analyze roles and tasks to clearly define requirements and objectives.

· Screen resumes and job applications and conduct structured interviews to assess candidates efficiently for suitability.

· Evaluate candidates' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, aptitude, and suitability for client-facing and sales-oriented roles as well qualifications for office support replacements.

· Coordinate employee onboarding, including preparation of documentation, insurance licensing exam and guidance as well as training schedules for new hires.

· SPM, STPM/ Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Strong team player with self-discipline and a willingness to learn.

· Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

· Comfortable conducting interviews and assessing candidates across different roles.

· EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.

· Annual leave.

· Hands-on exposure to full-cycle recruitment in a growing financial services agency.
