About the role

We are hiring for multiple portfolio companies — early‑stage projects in DeFi, L2 infrastructure, RWA tokenization, and cross‑chain protocols.

You will work directly with founding teams, build production‑grade smart contracts, and ship code that will be used by real users. No legacy code. No red tape. Just building.

What you'll do

  1. Design, develop and deploy smart contracts

  2. Integrate with frontend and backend teams for full‑stack Web3 applications

  3. Write unit, integration, and fuzz tests

  4. Participate in code reviews and security audits

  5. Optimize gas usage and contract architecture

What we're looking for

  1. Solidity or Rust experience — at least 1+ year of active development

  2. Understanding of EVM, smart contract patterns, and common security pitfalls

  3. Experience with Hardhat, Foundry, or Anchor

  4. Familiarity with at least one DeFi protocol

  5. English technical level (written communication)
