AI World is an AI-native adventure game where players explore text-based fantasy realms, form emotional bonds with intelligent NPCs, and build a persistent identity from their in-game choices.

At its core, AI World blends collectible storytelling with agent-based interaction — companions aren’t static characters, they’re dynamic entities with evolving memories, feelings, and motivations.

With on-chain identity and reputation via CARV ID, AI World becomes more than a game: it’s a world that remembers you.


🚀 Key Innovations & Hackathon Achievements

1. Dynamic, Memory-Driven AI NPCs on SVM

AI World introduces intelligent NPCs built as persistent AI agents using SVM-compatible actor models. Each companion is unique, emotionally reactive, and capable of changing based on how players treat them.

  • 🧠 Emotional Memory Graphs Each captured character tracks an evolving relationship score (–100 to +100), unlocking different quests, dialogue branches, or betrayal arcs based on how players bond with or mistreat them.

  • 💬 Persistent Dialogue Outside of Battle Captured NPCs are not idle collectibles — players can chat with them directly, even outside the main quest, deepening immersion and emotional investment.

  • 🎲 Event-Driven Behavior Companions may react to game-world events independently, even triggering surprises based on alignment, loyalty, or rivalry status.

Hackathon Achievement: Built a prototype NPC engine combining LLM personality embeddings with stateful memory stored via SVM-compatible schema. Deployed early quest node where affection-based branches determine outcome.


2. Modular Identity & Achievement System via CARV ID

AI World integrates CARV ID to anchor player accomplishments, narrative paths, and character affinity to a portable Web3 identity.

  • 🏆 Story-Based Achievements as Soulbound Modules Memorable moments — like “Defeated Fallen King,” “Max Affection with Nightshade,” or “Chose Mercy over Power” — are minted as non-transferable badges tied to the player’s CARV profile.

  • 🧩 Composable Reputation Tags Developers can reference CARV-tied attributes (e.g., “Diplomat,” “Shadow Aligned,” “Collector”) to unlock content, alter quest options, or enable cross-game recognition.

  • 🕹️ Cross-World Identity Whether in AI World or future games, players bring a living story of choices — not just levels or items, but who they were and how they played.

3. Core Gameplay Loop: Capture, Bond, Explore

  • 🎴 Collect Companions: Defeat or befriend characters and add them to your “partner deck,” each with distinct lore, voice, and memory.

  • 🧠 Train & Chat: Raise affection, unlock secrets, or discover betrayal arcs through bonding and interaction.

  • 🌌 Explore & Trigger Events: Procedural stories and special events deliver replayability, driven by real AI choices and agent behavior.
