Argon

Argon is a dual-chain, inference-gated liquidity protocol that protects concentrated-liquidity providers from remaining exposed when short-term market conditions become unfavorable.

Users deposit into non-custodial vaults rather than managing Uniswap positions manually. Argon’s hosted LightGBM model produces an hourly ETH price forecast eight hours ahead. The system converts active forecasts into 1-hour, 2-hour and 8-hour expected moves, publishes those values and their hash to an on-chain InferenceRegistry, and determines whether each vault should ENTER, HOLD or EXIT its Uniswap v3 position.

On Arbitrum One, Argon manages WETH/USDC liquidity. On Robinhood Chain, it manages WETH/USDG liquidity. Each chain has an independent vault, registry, oracle and Uniswap adapter. Funds never cross a bridge, so an outage on one chain cannot freeze funds on the other.

The keeper can rebalance positions but cannot arbitrarily transfer user assets. The vault independently verifies the submitted forecast, warmup period, risk gates, oracle health, price deviation, cooldown and scheduled news-pause rules before executing a rebalance. Users retain proportional withdrawal rights over both idle assets and deployed liquidity.

Argon combines verifiable AI inference, automated risk management and non-custodial Uniswap liquidity into one live dual-chain product.

During the hackathon, we progressed from an initial LP-protection concept to a working mainnet product across Arbitrum One and Robinhood Chain.

Completed work:

• Designed and deployed independent ArgonVault, InferenceRegistry, ChainlinkEthOracle and UniswapV3Adapter contracts on both chains.

• Integrated the Arbitrum WETH/USDC 0.05% Uniswap v3 pool and the Robinhood WETH/USDG 0.05% pool.

• Implemented vault-share accounting, deposits, proportional withdrawals, fee collection and emergency idle withdrawals.

• Added automated ENTER, HOLD and EXIT execution with 1h, 2h and 8h forecast gates.

• Added a nine-submission warmup, re-entry cooldown and exit-only pauses around high-impact economic releases.

• Added Chainlink health checks, oracle-staleness protection and Uniswap spot-deviation guards.

• Added one-sided deposit balancing through SwapRouter02 with exact temporary token allowances.

• Trained and deployed an 8-hour ETH LightGBM forecasting model.

• Deployed the hourly inference service, PostgreSQL forecast storage and dual-chain keeper on Heroku.

• Built a Next.js/wagmi dashboard showing forecasts, on-chain hash reconciliation, vault balances, pool state, activity and deposits/withdrawals.

• Deployed the frontend on Vercel and connected it to the live contracts and agent.

• Completed live hourly forecast submissions and autonomous vault rebalancing on Arbitrum.

• Added automated contract and frontend regression tests and hardened the system following an internal security review.

The result is a functioning end-to-end system: model inference → on-chain forecast publication → vault verification → Uniswap liquidity execution → live user dashboard.

Argon is currently bootstrapped and self-funded. We have not raised external capital. After the hackathon, we plan to pursue ecosystem grants, security-audit support, liquidity partnerships and early LP users while continuing to validate the strategy with limited live capital.
