BharatNyaya is a digital platform built to transform how legal services are accessed in India. It connects clients with verified lawyers based on experience, expertise, and fair pricing—eliminating the confusion and risk of fraud that many people face when seeking legal help.

The platform is designed to help both sides: clients can find trustworthy legal support with ease, and lawyers—especially those in smaller towns or starting their careers—get access to more clients and opportunities.

Key features include:

Verified lawyer profiles with ratings and areas of specialization
Fair and transparent pricing
Google-authenticated sign-in via Appwrite
A mobile app with sign-in and user profile pages built
A legal media/news section to keep users informed

Additionally, we implemented a custom AI content filter that ensures only appropriate and relevant images—such as legal documents or news-related photos—are uploaded. This AI prevents content like nudity or unrelated media, maintaining the platform’s professionalism and trustworthiness.

With BharatNyaya, we’re not just building an app—we’re building a reliable, secure, and accessible legal ecosystem for every Indian.

本次黑客松进展

During the hackathon, we worked on BharatNyaya, a legal services platform. We completed around 90% of the website, focusing on core features and user flow. For the mobile app, we built the frontend for the sign-in and user profile pages, integrating Google Authentication using Appwrite for backend support. Alongside development, we created a pitch deck and presentation to effectively showcase our idea, functionality, and real-world impact.We also created AI which detech what content should be allowed to upload on our web/app.

融资状态

Fundraising Status: We are currently at the pre-seed stage, focused on building and refining the core features of BharatNyaya. So far, the project has been developed through team effort and personal resources during a hackathon. We are now actively seeking funding opportunities, mentorship, and strategic partnerships to take BharatNyaya from a working prototype to a fully scalable platform. Funding will be used for completing the app and web development, enhancing AI moderation capabilities, improving security and legal data management, onboarding verified lawyers, and initiating outreach campaigns. Our vision is to democratize access to justice in India, and with the right support, we believe BharatNyaya can become a vital legal-tech solution across the country.
