Booking.com–style marketplace and payment layer for Web3 infrastructure services, designed for devs and AI agents

We’re building Chain.Love — a Booking.com–style marketplace and payment layer for Web3 infrastructure services, designed for developers and AI agents.
Chain.Love unifies infrastructure discovery, reliability, and on-chain payments into a single flow — enabling developers and AI agents to discover, compare, purchase, and manage infrastructure services across all networks from one unified UI and API.
But we go further:
We’re building the first viable payment rails that allow autonomous AI agents to purchase infrastructure on-chain — natively on Arbitrum.
As AI agents begin deploying applications, running bots, launching protocols, and managing treasuries, they need the ability to:
programmatically evaluate infrastructure providers
route requests based on performance and reliability
and pay for services autonomously
Chain.Love enables this via on-chain payments routed through x402 — transforming infrastructure from static subscriptions into programmable, machine-executable commerce.
Arbitrum becomes the execution and settlement layer for AI-native infrastructure demand.
During the hackathon, we developed the core components of Chain.Love for the Arbitrum ecosystem:
• Infrastructure discovery & side-by-side comparison, including AI-powered provider evaluation across Arbitrum networks
• Reliability module, enabling automated load balancing and failover between RPC and indexing providers
• Performance monitoring & notifications, helping dApps maintain high uptime and intelligently route traffic
• Early implementation of programmable SLAs, enabling on-chain performance guarantees between developers and infrastructure providers
This allows developers to keep their dApps reliably online while dynamically routing traffic based on measurable performance metrics.
The next milestone is launching the x402 payment module:
Enabling developers and AI agents to settle off-chain infrastructure spending on-chain
Routing payments via Arbitrum to drive native transaction volume and fee generation
Allowing infrastructure to be consumed programmatically by autonomous AI agents
This transforms infrastructure from manual subscriptions into programmable, on-chain commerce.
