The Safety Net for Blockchain Infrastructure ChainWard is like a digital immune system for Arbitrum Orbit chains. It automatically detects when a blockchain is sick or broken and hits the emergency brakes before the damage can spread to your funds. We turn reliability from a guessing game into a system where people are paid to keep watch 24/7.
Key Features and Benefits:
24/7 Watchdog: We don't just wait for users to complain. Our system actively checks the blockchain's health every few seconds, monitoring 12 different "vital signs" to catch invisible failures the moment they happen.
Rewards for Truth: We pay reporters to stand guard, but they must put down a cash deposit first. If they report correctly, they earn a profit. If they lie, they lose their deposit. This guarantees honest, accurate monitoring.
Instant Emergency Brakes: Chains can fail silently, leading to massive hacks (like the $190M Nomad incident where money kept flowing into a broken bridge). ChainWard acts as an automatic safety switch, pausing bridges and freezing transfers instantly when a critical failure is confirmed.
Undeniable Proof: When things go wrong, operators often say "it was just a glitch." ChainWard creates a permanent, time-stamped record of exactly what happened and when, giving you undeniable proof for insurance claims or refunds.
Community Controlled: No single person holds the "off" switch. The rules and updates are managed publicly by the community, ensuring the system remains neutral and serves everyone fairly.

During the hackathon, the ChainWard project evolved from a conceptual MVP into a production-hardened v2.0 release, focusing on security, reliability, and operator usability. Key milestones achieved include:

ChainWard is currently a bootstrapped, high-potential hackathon finalist moving into its seed phase. Having delivered a production-hardened v2.0 release with comprehensive testing and documentation, the project is actively seeking strategic grants and pre-seed investment to fund a third-party security audit, mainnet deployment, and initial ecosystem integration. We are targeting partnerships with the Arbitrum Foundation and major Orbit chain operators to validate our economic model and scale the "Proof-of-Health" standard across the L2 landscape.
