描述
CommitCircle makes group commitments (saving challenges, shared goals, team pools) non-optional by putting the release rule on-chain. Members deposit USDC into a circle vault; the funds lock until the circle unlocks by a quorum vote of member nominations or by a deadline, then each member withdraws their exact 1:1 share. Key guarantees: 1:1 accounting (no one can rug the pool), quorum-gated early unlock (no single member can stall it), deadline auto-unlock (no admin action needed), and a cancel guard (the creator can cancel and refund everyone only while total deposits are below a minimum-contribution threshold). Built in Solidity 0.8.24 / Hardhat 2 against the real USDC on Arbitrum Sepolia, with 13 unit tests (8 core + 5 boundary/invariant) and a one-command end-to-end demo. Core vault deployed on-chain (Arbitrum Sepolia) with a live read-from-chain frontend.
