🐸 Croak Indicator – Trend-Aware Structure Visualizer for the CROAK Community
Croak Indicator is a community-themed, meme-powered charting tool designed for the $CROAK ecosystem on Linea. It helps traders visually identify potential swing highs and lows using minimal, emoji-based signals — 🐸 for potential bottoms in uptrends, and 🦊 for tops in downtrends.
This indicator is fully open-source and built in Pine Script for TradingView. Unlike traditional technical indicators that overwhelm with lines and data, Croak Indicator is designed for visual learners, meme token traders, and degens who want to understand market structure at a glance.
🔧 Key Features:
EMA Trend Filtering: Uses EMA 21/50 crossover to only show frogs in uptrends and foxes in downtrends.
Alternating Signal Logic: Prevents repeated signals (no 🐸🐸 or 🦊🦊), creating clear entry/exit visualization.
Debounced Logic: Avoids duplicates on close candles and reduces noise.
Repainting-Aware: Signals are visual tools based on structure hindsight — not real-time triggers.
Community-Themed: Created specifically for $CROAK traders as a fun-yet-practical TA companion.

本次黑客松进展
I built the first version of the Croak Indicator earlier this month as a fun and experimental concept for the CROAK community — it gained unexpected traction and thousands of views on TradingView. During the course of the hackathon, I went on to develop a completely new and improved version from scratch, adding features like EMA trend filtering, signal alternation, and de-duplication to make it more usable, accurate, and clean for traders. Both the original and final versions were fully created during this hackathon, starting from zero.
