DropLink

DropLink is a cross-platform Flutter application designed to make file sharing between devices fast, seamless, and offline-friendly. It combines the strengths of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) for discovering nearby devices and Wi-Fi for transferring files at high speeds. This hybrid approach ensures efficient communication without the need for internet access.

The app features dedicated send and receive modes, allowing users to either share or accept files with ease. When a connection is initiated, the receiving user is prompted to approve the transfer, providing a layer of control and security. The user interface follows a warm and minimalist design, using soft color tones and clear navigation to enhance the user experience.

Technically, DropLink leverages Flutter’s robust UI toolkit along with essential plugins like flutter_bluetooth_serial for Bluetooth communication, network_info_plus for accessing Wi-Fi network details, and file_picker and path_provider for handling files. Altogether, it offers a smooth and reliable file-sharing experience that works entirely offline, making it ideal for environments without internet connectivity
