Pharos Dubai RWA is an innovative blockchain platform deeply integrated with the Pharos ecosystem that tokenizes premium Dubai real estate assets. The platform follows Pharos' three-layer architecture to fractionate real estate into digital tokens, significantly lowering investment barriers while enhancing liquidity. Investors worldwide can access Dubai's lucrative property market with smaller capital requirements, manage their portfolios efficiently, and benefit from rental yields through a transparent blockchain-based system.

本次黑客松进展

During the hackathon, we successfully developed a functional MVP with a complete front-end interface, smart contract integration, and connection to the Pharos ecosystem. We implemented the core tokenization contracts, portfolio management dashboard, staking mechanism, and secondary market functionality. The platform now demonstrates seamless integration with Pharos' infrastructure layers including KYC services, multi-signature wallets, and cross-chain bridges.

融资状态

Pre-seed stage - Currently raising $1.5M to complete development and launch the platform with initial Dubai properties. The team has secured partnerships with Dubai real estate developers and regulatory approval for the RWA tokenization model. Targeting platform launch in Q4 2025 with the first batch of tokenized properties.
