FlowGuild

I’m building FlowGuild, a DAO-native treasury management platform on the Flow blockchain that automates team payouts and optimizes idle funds through on-chain transparency and DeFi integration.

Unlike manual payout spreadsheets and ad-hoc transfers, FlowGuild automatically distributes team funds and compounds idle treasury balances through Flow’s DeFi protocols.

This means:

• Automated Payout Execution: Create guild payouts with member allocation percentages, execute them on-chain with one click, and track every transaction through a transparent activity feed.

• Smart Auto-Split: Suggest optimal member allocations based on historical payout patterns using Find Labs event data — reducing guesswork and ensuring fair, data-driven distribution.

• Auto-Compounding Vault: Idle treasury funds automatically earn yield through Flow DeFi vaults with continuous compounding, maximizing returns on unallocated assets.

• On-Chain Transparency: Every payout, allocation, and vault transaction is fully verifiable on Flow blockchain via Find Labs indexing, providing complete auditability and trust.

• Member Share Visualization: Real-time donut charts and analytics show exactly how funds are distributed across team members, making treasury management visual and actionable.

My goal is to redefine team treasury management by merging the efficiency of automated payouts with the transparency of blockchain — creating a new standard for Automated Team Treasury Management.
