描述

Mandate Markets is non-custodial infrastructure for automated trading on Hyperliquid and Polymarket.

You connect an account you already own and approve a key that can trade it but can never withdraw from it. You pick three numbers once - leverage, stop size, and how much of the account a single position may use - and then nothing. The desk runs 24/7: it picks the right market, sizes the position, opens it on isolated margin, and rests the stop and the take-profit on the exchange itself, so the protection survives our servers going down. A position closes when the forecast turns neutral, hits a level, or runs out of time.

Today the forecasts come from Quotient. The wider idea is the point: the execution, sizing and risk layer is provider-agnostic, so many forecast and strategy providers can plug into the same infrastructure, and a user can follow one without wiring up bots, keys and stop-losses. You do not need to be deep in crypto to use it, and you never have to watch a screen.

Why I built it. In March I built Polymarket bots for myself, then Hyperliquid bots. They traded fine. Then a crypto friend asked whether I had heard of Quotient - he trades their AI signals and says they work, but he was losing the edge to logistics: checking each signal, opening Hyperliquid or Polymarket or Kalshi, getting in before the entry target moved. I already had most of that infrastructure built, for myself. What was missing was a data provider to plug in and a multi-user, non-custodial wrapper around it.

What is live. Mandate Markets has been trading real money on Hyperliquid mainnet since 30 August 2026, across accounts that are not ours, with a builder fee on the flow. Perps today - crypto, plus equities and commodities through HIP-3 - and Polymarket next. Robinhood Chain is on the roadmap for tokenised stocks and RWAs, which is also where our data provider's own coverage is heading.

What we claim, and what we do not. We are not the forecaster, and we do not claim the signals make money - that is measured from the live ledger and the sample is still too small to say. What we sell is the execution layer: every position explainable, every stop resting on the venue, every limit a fraction in version control - isolated margin per position, a position count that follows the position size, and a halt for the day after a 10% loss. The same fractions bind on $50 and on $50,000.

The team. I write the code. @agrislis helps on product direction, a designer friend works on branding, and a small group of alpha users test the onboarding and tell me what is confusing.

Trying it as a user. Access is deliberately limited while we are still building. If you want to connect an account, send your wallet address to @ixarix on Telegram and we will allowlist it

The desk was already live before the Buildathon, so this window is about making it safer and opening the second venue. Since 14 September: (1) Found and fixed a real bug - if we had already hit a stop or a take-profit but had not yet received a fresh forecast, we could hop back into the same trade on the old one. Those re-entries ran -2.70% against -0.20% for genuinely fresh ones; the desk now refuses any forecast the provider observed before our own exit. (2) Shipped new branding across the whole site, designed by a mate. (3) Backtested the Polymarket integration: 170 live order books measured, 33 resolved markets replayed against the provider's own probabilities, and minute-by-minute price paths captured so holding to resolution can be tested after fees. (4) Worked out the hard part of that venue - held to resolution, one account can want 70+ open positions at once, far more than its slots, so which signals you take becomes the strategy. Next: Polymarket stage 1 in paper, then live on a small self-funded account.

融资状态

Bootstrapped and self-funded. No raise, no investors, no token. The only revenue today is a 0.6 bps builder code on our own order flow on Hyperliquid, charged since 9 September 2026. Running costs are VPS and a pay-per-call data feed.
