private programmable neo-finance for the stablecoin era, using cashflow to unlock spending, credit, BNPL, and financial automation on PayFi rails

Monaris is building private programmable neo-finance for the stablecoin era, using cashflow to unlock spending, credit, BNPL, and financial automation on PayFi rails.
Stablecoins have made money faster, cheaper, and global. But settlement alone is not enough. Once a payment lands in a wallet, most financial systems stop there. The money moves, but it does not become intelligent. It does not understand future income. It does not automate obligations. It does not unlock credit. It does not help people or businesses operate inside the programmable economy.
Monaris turns stablecoin cashflow into programmable financial infrastructure.
With Monaris, every invoice, payment, repayment, and cashflow event becomes a usable financial signal. These signals power private payments, invoice settlement, cashflow-based credit, BNPL, spending automation, and AI-driven financial actions. Instead of treating stablecoin payments as isolated transactions, Monaris connects them into a living financial system where money can move, respond, repay, unlock liquidity, and follow rules automatically.
Our live product includes Monaris AR/AP with onramp/offramp added, allowing users and teams to create invoices, send them, get paid in stablecoins, and turn cleared payments into financial proof. We also have Monaris Private Pay, enabling private stablecoin transfers with one-click UX and zero gas, keeping counterparties, amounts, and payment patterns protected by default.
The intelligence layer behind Monaris reads verified on-chain cashflow and can optionally combine it with off-chain financial data through zkTLS, including bank accounts, accounting tools, and credit sources where available. This creates a more complete financial identity and allows users to access financial products based on real income behavior, not just collateral or traditional banking access.
Monaris is designed as a connected MoneyOS for the programmable economy. AR/AP creates verified cashflow. Private Pay protects movement. Credit and BNPL unlock liquidity from future income. Business tools help teams manage treasury, payroll, vendors, and spend policies. Mona AI sits across the system to help users automate money decisions before they become problems.
For the Arbitrum Online Buildathon, Monaris is showing what comes after stablecoin settlement: private programmable finance where cashflow powers spending, credit, automation, and financial access for the PayFi era.
Monaris is deployed on Arbitrum One, Chain ID 42161.

During the hackathon, we focused on getting the core Monaris flows working and making the product feel real, not just like a concept.
We built the first version of stablecoin invoicing, where a user can create an invoice, share it, and receive payment. The important part for us was not just the payment itself, but what happens after it clears. Every paid invoice becomes a cashflow signal that can later be used for credit, BNPL, invoice advances, and financial automation.
We also worked on the private payments side of Monaris. The goal is to make stablecoin payments feel simple, but also safer by default. Users should be able to send and receive money without exposing every financial relationship, amount, and payment pattern publicly.
Another major focus was connecting payments, invoices, and user activity into one programmable cashflow layer. This is the base for the larger Monaris vision: spending, credit, BNPL, and automation powered by actual cashflow instead of only collateral or traditional credit history.
By the end of the hackathon, Monaris became more than a stablecoin payment app. We now have the foundation for a private PayFi system where stablecoin cashflow can power the next layer of the programmable economy.
Monaris is currently bootstrapped and has not raised any dilutive capital yet.
So far, we have received early ecosystem and infrastructure support from partners including vlayer, Yellow Network & other partners with total support reaching around $30K across fund, infra, and strategic backing
We are currently in early conversations with pre-seed investors for a venture round, but we are still being selective and focused on finding the right long-term partners.
Since Monaris is building directly around stablecoin cashflow, private payments, PayFi rails, and programmable finance, we would also love to explore support, strategic conversations with the Arbitrum ecosystem and Offchain Labs if there is alignment.
