Paraape is on-chain cover for a memecoin you keep. You name how far the price has to fall, for how long, and how much USDG you want back. You pay a premium and the coins stay in your wallet. About 30 minutes later the cover turns on.
If the 5-minute average from that coin's own Uniswap v4 pool is still down by the drop you named, anyone can settle and USDG is reserved. There is no claim form. A crash that bounces pays nothing. Selling the coins ends the cover.
Underwriters deposit USDG behind one coin and one drop. If the crash never sticks, they keep the premium. If it does, their USDG pays you. A different coin cannot spend that capital.

Shipped a testnet deployment and a public app. MarketFactory creates one InsuranceVault per token. Buyers purchase cover, underwriters deposit USDG, and anyone can settle. PriceObserver samples a 5-minute average because v4 pools on this chain do not ship a TWAP. BoundedRiskEngine caps the premium and holds no collateral. A Rust Stylus twin of the risk math is in the repo and holds no funds. Live vaults call the Solidity engine.
