PortfolioAI is an autonomous DeFi portfolio management agent that monitors, reasons, and rebalances your crypto holdings without requiring manual approval for every transaction. Users grant a single ERC-7715 permission — defining spending limits and strategy preferences — and a coordinated pipeline of AI agents handles everything from that point forward.

The system runs a three-agent pipeline built on MetaMask Smart Accounts Kit: an OracleAgent that fetches live market data and generates Venice AI market summaries, a StrategyAgent that reasons about rebalancing decisions with confidence scoring, and an ExecutorAgent that redeems ERC-7710 delegations and submits transactions through the 1Shot Permissionless Relayer with gas paid in USDC.

When the StrategyAgent's confidence drops below 60%, PortfolioAI automatically triggers a Bull vs Bear Debate Mode — spawning two opposing Venice AI agents that argue the trade from both sides, followed by a Venice AI Judge that scores both arguments and delivers a final BUY/SELL/HOLD verdict before any execution occurs.

Premium market research is gated behind a native x402 paywall. For high-value trades above $50 USDC, the ExecutorAgent autonomously purchases Venice AI research reports via x402 micropayments — a genuine agent-to-agent economic transaction requiring zero user input. Users can also interact with their agent through a natural language chat interface, sending funds to any address by simply typing the instruction.
