Every agent action generates a tamper-evident receipt: action_ref (SHA-256 of agent_id + action_type + scope + timestamp), outcome hash, and delegation context — anchored on Arbitrum. The trail is queryable independently of the framework (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
