RELENT is a decentralized insurance and risk management protocol designed to protect Bitcoin holders and DeFi participants from economic risks such as slashing penalties, stablecoin depegging, and wrapped Bitcoin failures. It enables users to buy customized insurance coverage, while liquidity providers (stakers) earn rewards by backing these insurance pools.
By introducing Liquid Insurance Tokens (LITs), RELENT enhances liquidity, allowing users to trade insurance positions instead of locking funds in long-term contracts.
