T-REX Capital Market is a modular, self-service infrastructure platform for regulated tokenized assets, designed to support the complete lifecycle from investor onboarding and issuance to settlement, ownership management, transfers, and redemption.

The current platform uses ERC-3643 and ONCHAINID to create permissioned digital assets where investor identity, eligibility, and transfer restrictions can be enforced onchain. Asset managers can onboard investors through KYC/KYB, manage eligibility, deploy tokenized assets, configure compliance rules such as jurisdiction restrictions, investor limits, and maximum holdings, and manage the asset throughout its lifecycle.

T-REX also provides the investment and settlement layer. Eligible investors can subscribe to tokenized assets using supported stablecoins, currently USDC and USDG. The platform supports NAV-based automated minting, where asset managers periodically report the asset NAV and investors can subscribe and receive tokens based on the latest NAV without requiring manual approval from the asset manager for every investment.

The infrastructure is currently multi-chain, supporting Arbitrum One, Robinhood Chain, and Arc. We have also built a wallet-management experience with cross-chain bridging utilities, allowing users to manage and move supported assets across networks from within the platform.

Rather than providing only token deployment, T-REX brings identity, compliance, tokenization, investment, settlement, NAV management, transfers, redemption, and multi-chain operations into a common infrastructure layer that can be extended with additional modules based on the requirements of different asset managers and asset classes.

During the Buildathon, we significantly expanded T-REX from a single-chain, single-asset implementation into a more flexible multi-chain and multi-asset infrastructure layer. We added support for Arbitrum One and Robinhood Chain, allowing issuers and asset managers to operate tokenized products across multiple blockchain environments through the same platform. We also added multi-asset support, with USDC and USDG currently supported as settlement assets. Previously, the platform was limited to a single underlying asset. Another major addition is NAV-based automated minting. Asset managers can periodically report the NAV of the underlying asset, and investors can mint tokenized assets based on the latest NAV without requiring manual intervention from the asset originator or manager for every subscription. We also introduced a dedicated wallet management page with cross-chain utilities, including asset bridging between supported networks. This provides a more integrated user experience for investors operating across multiple chains. Overall, the Buildathon helped move T-REX from a basic tokenization implementation toward a configurable, multi-chain infrastructure layer for institutional tokenized assets.

We have not raised any external capital to date and are currently self-funded. Our immediate focus is on product development, ecosystem expansion, and validating T-REX with institutional partners before raising external capital.
