A 4-player fog-of-war strategy game in the browser: everyone gives secret orders at the same time. Ranked matches are played for USDG stakes on Robinhood Chain mainnet, and the server can never touch players' money.
TRON Kingdom is a 4-player strategy game on a 10×10 board. It runs in any browser, phones included, with no install.
Simultaneous secret orders. Each round every player gives 2 orders in secret, and then all of them resolve at the same time. Nobody moves first, so you have to predict your rivals, not just react. It plays like a fast Diplomacy with armies.
Fog of war. You see only what your pieces see.
Three ways to win: collect Relics, crush the other armies, or end with the most gold. Neutral Goblins carry gold, and players can trade and bargain with each other.
8 piece types (King, Lady, Knight, Archer, Pawn, Shieldbearer, Robber, Goblin), a 3D board, music, and English / Ukrainian / Russian.
Ranked matches: 30 seconds per round, at most 2 hours, and the winner takes the pot. A free Sandbox with bots needs no wallet.
Competitive games played for real money usually ask players to trust the operator with their funds and with the dice. We removed both kinds of trust:
The server cannot withdraw players' money. Stakes sit in TronEscrow. Tokens leave the contract only through the player's own withdraw/claim, the protocol fee harvest to a fixed treasury, and rescue of tokens sent there by mistake (only the surplus, only through a timelock). The server key can only report match results within the limits each player signed.
Money comes back even if we disappear. A static rescue page is published on IPFS (two pinning services). With it, a player can withdraw directly from the contract without our website or server.
Provably fair randomness. Every random roll comes from one seed. The server commits to its secret before the match (the commitment is embedded in the on-chain game id), and the secret is mixed with the hash of the block that opened the match, which nobody knows in advance. After the match anyone can re-check everything on tronkingdom.xyz/fair.html.
All or nothing. A match opens only if all 4 stakes arrive. An abandoned match is refunded in full.
Fast blocks (0.1–0.3 s) and low fees make a $1 stake practical. USDG from Paxos is a regulated dollar stablecoin, so players think in dollars instead of volatile tokens. All stakes, passes and payouts are in USDG.
15% fee from every pot (stakes plus in-match donations).
Season passes (Silver $10, Gold $30 in USDG): a pass is needed to play ranked and sets a daily payout limit.
NFT figures from chests ("TRON Figures"): minted only with a server-signed ticket, fixed rarity caps, daily quotas, 5% royalty.
124 Hardhat tests in the public repo (237 in the full suite), including fuzz tests and a test that runs the rescue page against a real escrow. Slither static analysis.
TronEscrow v3.3 fits the 24,576-byte contract size limit (24,410 bytes).
Owner of both contracts is a 2-of-3 Safe. Changing the guardian, the operator, the owner or the NFT signing key goes through a timelock. The withdrawal pause is capped at 60 days per year.
Source verified on Sourcify (exact match). An external audit is planned.
