Idle business cash earns fees on tokenised stocks (Robinhood Chain), with price risk hedged on Hyperliquid and shown by a public Proof of Hedge. Non-custodial, MiCA-authorised. Returns are variable.

SMEs that already move money through TimaxPay have no simple, compliant way to make idle cash earn more without taking on stock-price risk or giving up custody.
Our customer is a small or mid-sized business in the EU, UK or Switzerland (plus Latin America and Africa) that uses TimaxPay to bridge, swap and settle into regulated fiat. Today it has three poor options:
Leave idle cash in a bank or Stripe balance, where it earns almost nothing.
Buy tokenised stocks or lend on-chain and carry the full price risk of the asset.
Hand funds to a custodial yield platform whose admin keys can freeze them.
Most "market-neutral" claims cannot be checked. A finance team needs to see what risk is actually held, in plain terms, without learning about tokens or wallets.
The client picks an amount and approves once; the app handles three steps and shows the result.
Provide liquidity. The app picks the price range and token mix for a Uniswap V3 pool (SPCX/USDG, NVDA/USDG or WETH/USDG on Robinhood Chain). The position is an NFT in the client's own wallet.
Hedge. The app sizes an opposite perp on Hyperliquid (market xyz:SPCX) from the live LP exposure, capped by a risk budget. The client approves a Hyperliquid API wallet once with an EIP-712 signature. That wallet can trade but cannot withdraw.
Prove it. Proof of Hedge shows the share of price risk removed: 1 minus the absolute net delta divided by the gross LP delta. Status is hedged at 85% or more, drifting at 50% or more, otherwise exposed.
Funds reach Robinhood Chain through the Timax Bridge, which only proceeds on a live quote. Stock tokens can also back an isolated Morpho credit account.
The demo recorded on 3 October 2026 shows real positions from one client wallet, not mocks.
Item | Value |
|---|---|
Uniswap V3 LP, SPCX/USDG | Two in-range positions, $20.02 and $5.00 |
Net LP exposure to the stock price | $12.45 |
Hyperliquid hedge | xyz:SPCX short, size 0.07, entry 159.00 |
Proof of Hedge | 89.4% of price risk removed |
Coverage is below 100% because Hyperliquid sells in fixed size steps with a minimum order. The app shows the uncovered share instead of hiding it. Positions can be viewed and closed inside the app, including the hedge.
Products and status
Hedged Yield is the core product; the other products extend the same non-custodial flow, and each row states what is live and what is not.
Product | Chain | What the SME does | Status |
Hedged Yield (delta-neutral) | Robinhood Chain + Hyperliquid | Earns Uniswap V3 fees on SPCX, NVDA and WETH pools; price risk hedged with perps | Live: LP, hedge, in-app close, Proof of Hedge. Auto-rebalance and margin alerts built, not yet released |
Business Treasury Hub (Stripe) | Arbitrum One and others | Accepts card payments; pays out to its own wallet; withdraws to bank | Live in the TimaxPay platform |
Stock Investment Gateway | Robinhood Chain | Funds USDG from other chains with a live route quote | Live; every route needs a live quote |
Stock Earn | Robinhood Chain | Supplies USDG to Morpho stock markets | Live; rates are variable |
Stock Credit | Robinhood Chain | Borrows USDG against stock tokens in an isolated account | Live; free liquidity is thin (about $25 on NVDA on 30 Sep) |
Timax Morpho credit accounts (V3) | Arbitrum One, Robinhood Chain | Borrows against stock tokens, WBTC or WETH; one contract per client per market | Live on V3 factories; pause blocks only new risk, repay and withdrawal always work |
Since the online phase opened on 14 September we turned the hedge into a working, verifiable product and hardened the credit side.
Proof of Hedge. A public read-only endpoint and in-app panel showing net delta, hedge coverage per asset and status. It states its own limits: first-order delta only.
Real hedge execution. The app plans the hedge, places it on Hyperliquid through the client-approved API wallet, shows the result on screen, and can close it. Positions on Hyperliquid's xyz market are now visible in the app.
Planner fixes from live runs. Sizes round to Hyperliquid's step, orders below the minimum are reported as within tolerance, and requested leverage is checked after the order.
Auto-hedge and margin alerts. Opt-in rebalancing with limits (gap, daily cap, failure cutoff, per-order cap) and liquidation and free-margin alerts. Built and tested with mocks; not yet released.
V3 credit contracts. Pause blocks only new risk; repay and withdrawal always work. Two-step ownership, dust-free repayAll, 23 automated tests.
Security pass. Fixed an unauthenticated position-enrolment hole, removed a leaked API key, replaced open CORS with an allowlist, authenticated keeper and admin routes.
Agent interface. A read-only MCP server with four tools; agents can read a hedge proof but cannot move funds.
The code has had an internal security review and automated testing but no independent audit yet, and we do not describe it as audited.
Done: internal review with critical and high findings fixed; 23 contract tests; multisig ownership of the V3 factories and the tvUSDC vault; the keeper never receives client principal.
Not yet independently reviewed: the V3 credit account and factory, the Private Credit escrow, and the service that places Hyperliquid orders. These are the scope of our audit request.
Limits of the hedge, stated openly:
The hedge is partial by design. Coverage is typically 85% to 95%, because of Hyperliquid size steps and minimum orders.
Hedge basis, funding cost and margin risk remain, and stock perps may be closed outside market hours.
The leverage on our first live order was higher than the 3x we request. We are investigating; position size is capped, so exposure is bounded.
LP rebalancing is signed by the client and is not atomic with the hedge.
Fee income is variable and not guaranteed. The app shows live figures, not promises.
Regulatory: TimaxPay is a MiCA CASP-authorised operator in Estonia. Every product is non-custodial, and Timax earns fees only, never on client principal.
Timax lands on the Robinhood Chain slot and on several of Arbitrum's stated priority areas, each with something checkable.
Criterion | How Timax meets it |
|---|---|
Robinhood Chain | Stock hedging, earn, credit and liquidity all run on chain 4663 with USDG |
Tokenisation and RWAs | Tokenised stocks are the core asset: earn on them, hedge them, borrow against them |
DeFi and stablecoins | USDC and USDG rails, Morpho markets, isolated credit accounts, tvUSDC vault |
Meaningful use of Arbitrum | Arbitrum One holds the USDC hub, the tvUSDC vault, the credit factory and the Private Credit escrow |
Novel financial product | Proof of Hedge: a recomputable statement of how much price risk is actually removed |
AI and agentic finance | Read-only MCP server; agents propose, humans sign |
Validated problem and users | Regulated operator with SME clients; the products extend flows they already use |
