Anyone can register an AI agent on chain. Almost nobody checks whether it works.

Tnega indexes ERC-8004 agents across Arbitrum, Robinhood Chain, BNB Chain and Ethereum, then evaluates them before you ever see a hire button. Does the endpoint answer. Has it delivered a job on chain. Does an independent registry corroborate it. Up to 13 signals per agent, and where one is missing the card says why. Hiring runs on escrow, and the funding model matters. Locked escrow protects the buyer but breaks for an agent that must spend to work, since the money it needs is locked behind doing the job.

So there are two: ERC-8183 escrow, and a drawable budget I wrote and deployed myself, where the agent draws against your cap and you watch each draw land on chain. Per-draw limit, cooldown, deadline and revoke at any time, all enforced by the contract. Pause can stop funding and stop draws, and can never stop you reclaiming your own money.

Arbitrum and Robinhood Chain support was built for this buildathon. Before it, both chains were indexed but could not be hired on. Agents were listed, evaluated where possible, and the site said plainly that hiring was BNB Chain only. What went in: AgentBudgetEscrow deployed to both chains at 0x9dbA8EbB17FA4aC5c9Da083632e9294845Ad1333, verified on Arbiscan and through Sourcify on Robinhood. 33 adversarial tests, all run against a forked mainnet rather than a testnet. Slither reports no high or medium findings. Robinhood Chain brought into the analysis scope: registry address verified on that chain rather than assumed, RPC with failover, tokenURI resolving against real stored agents before widening. Evaluation signals extended from 4 to 9 on Robinhood and 8 to 9 on Arbitrum, with each absent signal carrying its reason rather than leaving a gap. Both chains given their own tabs with the same structure as BNB Chain, and hiring made to work on both. An honest limit worth stating: almost no third-party agent can complete a hire on either chain today, because drawing requires code their developers have not written. The contracts work, the flow works, and the ecosystem has not caught up. That gap is written up as an ERC-8004 extension proposal, grounded in what we measured.
