We built WhaleWhisper completely from scratch during the hackathon timeline, taking it from a raw conceptual design to a fully deployed MVP. Here is our development breakdown:
Multi-Agent Setup: Engineered the prompt boundaries and system roleplay mechanics for the StrategistAgent using the Google Gemini API[cite: 1].
Algorithmic Constraints: Hardcoded strict mathematical boundaries to ensure AI recommendations always total exactly 100% and strictly filter only our whitelisted tokens (OKB, BTC, ETH, SOL, POPCAT, USDC, USDT)[cite: 1].
* On-Chain Balance Engine: Implemented Viem's asynchronous architecture to seamlessly fetch native OKB balances via RPC alongside ERC-20 token contract states on X Layer Testnet.
* Delta Router: Wrote the core math logic that compares live wallet allocations with the AI's target layout to compute the exact token swaps needed.
* OKX X402 Connection: Configured and wired up the OKX X402 facilitator server integration to manage automated transaction prompts securely.
Live Monospace Terminal: Built a custom UI logging stream that visually outputs sequential router states [Router] Swapping..., Success!) and renders real clickable transaction hashes pointing directly to the X Layer Explorer.

WhaleWhisper is an independent, bootstrapped MVP built entirely from scratch during this hackathon. We have not raised any external capital or institutional funding to date. Post-hackathon, we are highly open to ecosystem grants, incubation programs, and pre-seed opportunities to scale our multi-agent asset management infrastructure on X Layer.
