AirAware – Community Air Quality Monitor 🌬️

AirAware is a simple IoT + AI + DePIN + Web3 project that helps communities monitor air quality in real time.
The system collects environmental data, predicts pollution hotspots, and rewards users who contribute data.

For the MVP, AirAware uses simulated sensor data, so it can run fully even without real IoT hardware.

What AirAware Does

• Collects PM2.5, CO₂, temperature, and humidity

• Shows real-time air quality on a dashboard

• Predicts pollution hotspots with a small AI model

• Rewards contributors with a Web3 smart contract

How It Works (Simple Explanation)

1. Sensors—or the built-in simulation—send air quality data to the backend.

2. The backend stores the data, calculates AQI, and updates the dashboard via WebSocket.

3. The AI module analyzes the data and gives simple predictions.

4. Users who send data receive reward points through the smart contract (or mock mode).

• Still demonstrates the full flow

• Useful for testing, demos, and hackathons
