ChainForm is a blockchain DApp allowing users to create, publish, and fill forms via smart contracts.
ChainForm uses blockchain wallets for reliable user authentication and allows form editing and publishing directly on the blockchain. Data from filled forms is securely stored, accessible only to form creators. ChainForm also plans to integrate incentive mechanisms, rewarding users with tokens for active participation. Future features will include tools for encrypted submissions and data analysis, aiming to provide a secure and efficient platform for data management.
HackOwl began our hackathon project by brainstorming ideas and aligning on a shared vision. Howie took the lead on drafting the smart contracts and designing the product, ensuring everything was functional and user-friendly. Concurrently, Luke focused on the frontend, creating an intuitive interface that complements Howie’s backend work. Together, we iterated quickly, incorporating feedback from early testers to refine our application. Finally, Howie produced a promotional video to showcase our project, while Luke ensured the deployment was seamless.
