fndr is a decentralized fundraising protocol for tokenized startup equity — where capital doesn't just sit idle.
Startups can tokenize their shares as compliant ERC-1400 tokens and raise directly from investors. Instead of locking funds in a dormant wallet, raised capital is deployed into ERC-4626 yield vaults, generating on-chain yield until withdrawn.
For investors, fndr offers early access to vetted startup rounds, yield on unallocated capital, and a secondary marketplace for liquid startup shares.
AI agents help analyze rounds, risk, and portfolios — while zkPassport ensures private, compliant onboarding for both investors and founders.

Factory contract that allows verified founders to create new funding rounds. Each round deploys a new RoundManager contract with customizable parameters like target raise, equity percentage, and deadline.
