The whole private-equity lifecycle lives in one place — share classes, SAFEs, convertible notes, priced rounds, options and vesting — from incorporation through to a clean hand-off at IPO.
Every action settles atomically; every authorized party reads a unified ledger. Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) ensures cap table privacy, with selective disclosure on-chain.
